Where has the money gone

Here we are in july of 2009 unemployment in the Inland empire has reached 12.5 percent. We have been stoop again cheated out of millions of dollars. and a couple of days ago I found out that the bond money that was supposed to be used for education was invested into the Water reclamation plant that only added to about six jobs. What a waist of Money. not only that it only cleans up about 3 thousand gallons of water a day but here is the funny thing and you drive around your local schools and colleges and you do not see any improvements so where did the money go? with the exception of a new building going up at victorville college. Where is the transparency! how much more do you think that people will take with all the B.S. that they are feeding us.
Where are the watchdogs that are supposed to be informing us of changes?! Thats right they are been paid off by the people that are breaking the law and no transparency again! These committees that are formed from city counsel and county that are supposebly to be our voices we have not heard from them in over two years. Here is another fact the whole state of california is in the red for almost 27 billion dollars and seven billion of that is San Bernadino County.
Our streets and roads are mess. with the exeption of all the cameras that were installed in victorville and Apple valley not only did they waist the money to installed them. but they want you to pay for it from your local taxes. So that you can get reprimanded for the light you just passed that was red. and the contractor that was brought in to install them is not even from this area. and they didnt even bother to hire some of the locals. alot of this could have been done with some of the local that have been out of work.

There is alot of people in this general area from all walks of life that are just busting at the gut to help someone find their nich in life and Ill bet the they would volunteer time to show some kid what they can do if they applied themselves to something in life.

We have all kinds of Unions in this general area that are looking to invest in a better world let them help pay for it. You have local stores like Lowes,HomeDepot,Target,Sears,K-mart,Michaels,UPS,
thrift stores and other charitable donations that can help put up the money to fund this project.
Write or make an appointment with your senator or congressman and make them find the way & the dollars to pay for it. lets give this kids a chance to survive and show them that we are willing to help if they put some effort and learned something in general and applied it to fend for themselfs.
You want to get rid of the gangs and graffiti problems
quit waisting our cities money and do the right thing teach them the possibilities if they applied themselves to a trade or proffession, expand their minds.
well we would'nt be having this conversation if they would left the Vocational Schools in place. that were in the 70's
